Elon Musk refuses to sell Tesla to 'super rude' customer

  • I spent time at Apple and Sun. And we did have the concept of "firing" customers who were too hard to work with. At the same time, no customer would have been fired for the exchange I read (in another article.) This is just another CEO who gets to punish people as he sees fit.

We need a better way to structure business. I'd like to see multi-level boards with representatives from different interest groups (A modified "corporatism" or "corporativism" as has been successfully practiced for over a century.)

  • This seems excessive and petty - not good business practice and (imo) suprising from Elon Musk. I wonder if there is more than the brief outline of events reported.
