Ask HN: Would you use a site that explains complicated topics in plain English?

How many times have you looked at a software project's website, or docs, and closed the window because it didn't say, simply, what is is or how it could be useful?

How many times have you stopped learning a hard topic because there was seemingly no clear and digestible way to get started with the topic?

I've come to think that overcomplicated language is one of the main limiting factors of human knowledge/progress.

Would you use a website that let you search for things and read plain English, no-bullshit descriptions of stuff? (I'm thinking a good place to start would be to write better descriptions of software libraries than what's written by the projects themselves.)
