Ask HN: DevOps notifications and alerts?

We do a fair amount of logging, monitoring and automation.

This means we have a lot of individual systems pushing notifications (e.g. deploy messages in Slack with Ansible, threshold warning by email from TICK).

We're getting to the point where we're bringing a status page to the mix and are trying to find a standalone solution to centralize all alerts/notifications and who/how we subscribe to them.

Anybody aware of an OSS project that does this? And I don't mean something that bundles this with other features (monitoring for example).
