How much do companies pay you to have your work entirely on GitHub? Opensource based business model.

I have a new idea and stable money (own money), I wonder how much equity should I give to my first few employees whose job will be entirely on GitHub?

My business will offer self-hosted (free opensource) and hosted version, ala Gitlab model. The product is B2B, it will make it very easy to launch a SaaS-based business.
