Shutdown? Startup!

With a few hundred thousand people about to be out of a job temporarily, it would be a great time to inspire them to create startups. I'm a federal contractor myself, and never felt like I had the time to really try it for myself, but suddenly I'm about to have a lot of time on my hands.
