Intel Unveils Barlow Ridge Thunderbolt 5 Controllers – TB5 Launching in 2024
It's kind of interesting to me how Intel ended up making/owning the thunderbolt interface, given that they don't make products at either end (no intel laptops, monitors, or docks).
I guess they technically make much of the chips that are in the laptops, but it seems like a stretch that to say there's synergy between thunderbolt cables and intel chips.
Am I missing something?
