Ask HN: How do I migrate easily off Parse SDK for iOS?

Working on an iOS app which has user profiles which are built around PFObjects, are there any open source alternatives to Parse that can be configured and deployed easily? Additionally, has anyone had experience with the scaling ability of Parse?
