Well if someone wanted to shut him up without having to prove he committed any kind of crime, this would be the way to do it...

If there were any substantial evidence, I would say otherwise, but at this point that doesn't seem to be the case. Just anonymous accusations.

This article presumes that everything that is not illegal is acceptable behavior. Which isn't true.
