Ask HN: To use Stripe Atlas to incorporate or not?

I live in Brazil and I have a personal bank account in Australia, what is really excellent, even being overseas is much better than any local bank.

I was invited to use Stripe Atlas and incorporate my firm on USA, having this way a bank account for my firm.

Is it worthwhile? With Stripe atlas, the only benefits I see is: - I will have a separated new bank account for the firm, stoping using my personal, - The account is in Silicon Valley Bank, so the interests for loans are much lower than in Brazil. - Easy access to good investors (apparently USA is better than Brazil for this).

My company is very small, profitable, excellent potential, first result on google on it's small niche, but it's currently offer free services, so I have currently a low income (and expenses) from it.

What do you guys recommend me? Incorporate in USA or in Brazil?
