Ask HN: Does anyone have a multi-cloud infrastructure with automatic failover?

Everyone is saying not to have all your eggs in one basket, especially after yesterday's outage. Does anyone actually run a multi-cloud infrastructure? Using a combination of Azure/AWS/Google Cloud?
