Ask HN: Ad service that does not track users?

Hello all. I am writing a small web app for fun. I don't expect it to get much traffic but I want to put a single banner ad to offset the minor cost of running it. I don't want to use an ad service that tracks users and violates user privacy. I assume there has to be a company that serves basic banner ads, do you all know of any?
