Ask HN: What should I learn next to move on

Dear HN community,

I am working a dead end development job using django/python. Dead end meaning there is no way for me to move anywhere within the organization. Four years ago I've started a Bachelors Degree in CS and will finish the degree in the next three semesters. My plan is to then get a Masters in CS.

I would like to move on to a different company, and would like to know what skill set would be most beneficial. Loving programming and anything that has to do with computers in general I learn pretty quickly and know a fair bit. At the same time I feel like I am a jack of all trades master of none kind of person and would like to specialize.

But what to specialize in the greater context of programming/software development is the big question.
