It's Official. GitHub is slow

Spoke with a friend recently, excited about how well the move to Gitea was going. I haven't tried Gitea's free LFS yet but having been using pull (not push) mirroring, free private repos and dark UI and things been great. Aside from all that though there's one thing I never noticed about GitHub until I began moving repos off it – it's incredibly slow. Who knew?
