Ask HN: Resources for working in Taiwan?

I am an American who is interested in understanding the tech Job market and tech job culture in Taiwan. I only speak English, but have some personal reasons that may place me in Taiwan within the next 2-5 years (likeley Hsinchu or Taipei).

Does anyone have good resources for understanding these spaces? I've heard to be mindful of a 6 day work week, and requiring photographs on resumes, and I haven't yet found non-obvious resources for finding job listings. I would like to have an actionable grasp on this material well in advance of living there.
