I have wondered how Amazon handles their logistics, in terms of enabling a lot of drivers and trucks, to be at the forefront of actual deliverance.

Do the driver have an app where they get notified about new shipments ? Are drivers being tracked ? How is the actual goods being tracked for deliverance ? How are drivers being paid ?

Can someone elaborate ? Thank you
