Ask HN: Have you automated or wish to automate repetitive tasks?

Does part of your job require you to repeatedly do small amounts of work (a repetitive microtask)? Like approving/moderating content, or cleaning data, or answering simple support questions. If so, how do you currently handle these microtasks? If you have automated them or semi-automated them, how did you do it?
