Sometimes the tone of an article overwhelms the content, and in this case that leads me to be confused about whether I'm being warned about impending earthquakes, or asked to buy vitamins, or emailed about helping someone move a large sum of money overseas, or make ferrari money in my spare time placing classified ads.
