Encrypted messaging putting children at risk of abuse

  • Same old encryption nonsense only with added, "Won't someone please think of the children!". Quite frankly shows the Children’s commissioner for England in a bad light.

    I see two technical problems that impact on privacy: encryption backdoors and age verification.

    This won't fly in Scotland, next door, where the UN Rights of the Child (Article 16) have been incorporated into Scots Law.
