The report looks fine, but the title is misleading. From the article:

> “It is important to remember that 19 out of 20 COVID-19 patients do not need any therapy,” Arber said. “After a window of five to 12 days, some 5% of the patients start to deteriorate.”

It's a phase II trial to test if a new drug is safe. As the article report, it's still necessary to make another study to to test if the patients with the new drug have a better outcome than without the new drug.
