Good idea to use against packers-movers who don't provide real-time tracking (which seems strange - who doesn't provide it in this day and age). I also found it strange that the US Army doesn't use its own logistics service to help its personnel - in the Indian Army, officers are permitted to use the army supply lines to ship their belongings to the new station.
