Given these employees have had to do their own laundry (maybe) for the duration of the pandemic, and the amount of hardship we're currently seeing if we choose to turn on the television, this amounts to a non-issue. From the stand-point of total compensation being salary+benefits+ISOs+Other, why wouldn't you consider this a pay-cut?
