iOS 5 bug in Notification Center

Bug in Notification Centre and Push Notifications. I receive push notifications sounds, but they are not appearing either on the screen or nor in Notification centre when iPad is in sleep mode. When iPad is not in sleep mode. Its working properly. Anyone else facing the same problem?
