Any preferred website, and what don't you like about the process? Or do you usually rely on your network?

    Previously, by updating my LinkedIn profile to 'Looking for work' and answering the tidal wave of recruiter messages.

    For my next role I'm thinking of cold emailing companies I'd like to work at to see if that approach works better.

    indeed.com. Set aside 1-4 hours per day and apply for every single gig you're interested in, even if you don't meet all the "requirements". Let them reject you, don't reject yourself.
