Fermented Foods May Alter Your Microbiome and Improve Your Health

  • After a hospital visit with lots of antibiotics, I was given some specific bacteria pills and my digestion was left better than before the hospital visit. It seems to be Swiss only and the active bacteria group is called Enterokokken SF 68. Since then I increased the amount of fermented foods. Now I take these pills a few times a year. They are still beneficial to my poop.
