Are there non-development jobs available in AI?

I'm curious what non-development roles are available at companies building on AI.

I was a non-technical co-founder back in 2015 (OB1, the company that built OpenBazaar) and I'm now looking for work and find AI fascinating, I'm riveted watching it progress so quickly.

Where do AI startups find people for community management, technical writing, marketing, etc?

Or would it be wiser to instead focus on becoming an employable programmer? By using GPT-4 / Co-pilot I'm decent, but I assume it'll take ~6 months to be good enough to hire, and it feels like everything is moving so fast I don't want to wait.
