    I mean, presumably we have more than just the FBI to address nation states' hackers so I'm not sure what the comparison here is meant to convey. What percentage of our gigantic military budget is already allocated to address this?

    Most of those hackers are military-hired as evidenced by their Chinese APT business address.

    Then again, the term Chinese military police is kinda like US FBI/DHS/ATF/CIA/NSA/most-3-letter-agencies' police all rolled into one.
