Ask HN: Did OpenAI remove privacy features?

In the new version released today it seems that the ability to prevent OpenAI from using your data for training purposes was removed. Who else doesn't find the menu in the new version?

    FYI: It seems only to be a frontend configuration issue as far as I can see. The setting saved is still effective (I think).
