HP misreads room, awkwardly brags about its "less hated" printers
Add me to the list of people who owned a non-functional HP printer, due to no fault of my own.
Yes I had an 'ink subscription'. It broke down through a series of events, to the point I had no ink and none was coming. To get more, either a printer event (low ink) or a returned cartridge (I had none) were required.
I was paying for a printer lease/ink subscription which would never again yield any ink.
I cancelled, took the printer to the dump.
I don't currently own any HP products.
This article only validates my purchasing decisions.
