Radical Idea: Instead of spending yet more money on legal battles against BigDollarCo - because you don't like having "that kind" of store in your area - how about taking a hard look at BigDollarCo's local customer base, and asking some uncomfortable questions about why they shop there? (Vs. the Trendy Upscale Market that you'd like to see more of.)

Of course, doing that effectively might require that you earn the trust of many of "those sorts" of people. Which could be tricky, if they feel that you & yours are trying to squeeze "their sort" out of existence, by cutting off their food supply.
