$100k per year on Vercel/Next.js

    I don't get it, Vercel offers a great developer/devops experience making it painless for you to host your site, and they charge a premium for it.

    A single DevOps engineer likely costs more than $100k/yr and wouldn't be able to manage everything as well as Vercel, or maybe they would, but are you willing to risk and find out.
