I haven't read a ton of legal filings in my life, but I assume the copy-and-pasting of obviously irrelevant affirmative defenses (lack of copyrightability? statute of limitations??) is normal. Still, pretty funny. Anything that could possibly be a defense in a copyright case, just stick it in there.
