New real-estate startup looking for first engineer

What: We're building eBay for real estate. We're well funded, in San Francisco, and looking for our first engineering hire. Team: two engineers, two biz dev folks with real estate backgrounds. All founders have built successful companies in the past.

Role: You'll be working with the founders to define and build the product from scratch. We'd expect you to become a leader as our organization grows.

===What we're looking for:===

- Full-stack skills. You should be able to write back-end logic & front-end code.

- Quick and eager learner. Mastering new technologies excites you.

- Product understanding. We expect you've managed a product before, whether as a side project or at your own startup.

- Experience with Ruby / Rails a big plus, but not required.

- Interest in real estate.
