One of the things that amazed me while I was working at Amazon is how obsessed every employee is with customer service, from the junior developers to the executive staff. To this day, I am still surprised that a company that big could be so focused on the success of every customer.

As a Sales engineer, you will be responsible for:
>Ensuring that every customer has an amazing experience with the company's products
>Providing crisp demonstrations
>Responding to inbound sales and support requests via telephone and email
>Engaging in outbound lead generation (blogs, twitter, facebook, etc)
>Pushing the limits

Who you are:
>You are energetic
>You like the space we are in - an intersection of programming, problem solving & recruiting
>You know the customer is always right - it's always your UX that's at fault.
>You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
>If you have previous experience working at a SaaS company that's a big plus
