Intel announces Quark system on a chip, the company's smallest to date

Things to note: 1/5 the size of atom, 1/10th the power. What instruction set it runs is not stated. Note that Quark is "is built upon an open architecture meant so spur its use". Hopefully this hits the train wreck that the ARM ecosystem has with its closed GPUs.
